The business was bought out by a husband and wife team who have already taken the company to another level and are proud to be amongst the best removal companies in Gauteng (if not the best!). Our removal company is based in Honeydew and services the entire Gauteng area. Although our storage and removal company is small we offer service par excellence! Home removals and office removals is what we know and love to do!

Our Philosophy

We believe that customer service is the key to our success and have trained our staff with this philosophy in mind. Staff training includes extreme care of customers’ goods when moving as well as communication at all times with the customer as well as the office to ensure the smooth running of each move. Not only are our staff well trained but they also have a wealth of experience – some staff members have been with Better moves for 16 to 20 years. It is our belief that communication is important and with this in mind each supervisor has a cell phone for contact with the customer and the office during each move.
